The Vision Behind PelviCon
Founded by Nicole Cozean and Jessica Reale, PelviCon began with a simple vision — to unite pelvic health professionals through education, connection, and celebration.
Today, it’s the leading conference where thousands of PTs and OTs worldwide come together to learn, grow, and elevate the field.
“PelviCon is more than a conference — it’s a movement. It’s about community, connection, and raising the bar for pelvic health.” — Nicole & Jessica

Nicole and Jessica
In 2021, two pelvic health leaders had a simple but powerful vision:
bring the pelvic rehab community together.
For too long, pelvic health providers had been working in isolation — often the only clinician in their clinic treating pelvic floor patients, without the mentorship, collaboration, or education they deserved.
Nicole Cozean and Jessica Reale set out to change that.
They dreamed of creating a conference by and for pelvic rehab, where passionate providers could learn from the top experts in the world, connect with their peers, and celebrate the specialty they love.
That vision became PelviCon — the first-ever conference dedicated solely to pelvic PTs and OTs.
Now, thousands of clinicians from across the globe gather each year in Atlanta (and virtually) to learn, grow, and elevate the field together
