Dr. Nicole Cozean
Dr. Nicole Cozean is passionate about forever changing the way pelvic health is practiced. She is a pelvic health specialist, author, entrepreneur and clinic owner. Since it’s founding in 2016, PelvicSanity has grown to one of the largest cash-based practices in the country.
Nicole is the creator of the Pelvic PT Huddle and the Pelvic PT Rising Podcast. She is also the author of The Interstitial Cystitis Solution and the first pelvic PT to serve on the Board of the ICA.
Her online clinical courses have helped more than 1,000 pelvic providers become more confident in their practice. The Pelvic PT Rising business mentorship and courses are assisting 100+ cash-based pelvic PTs as they grow their own practice and help even more patients.

Dr. Jessica Reale
Dr. Jessica Reale is the founder of Southern Pelvic Health, a leading mullti-clinician practice in Atlanta, GA.
She and her staff at Southern Pelvic Health run a small-group mentoring program for pelvic rehab practitioners, providing mentorship and training in the field.
Jessica Reale received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Duke University and is a Board-Certified Specialist (WCS) in pelvic health. Dr. Reale is a faculty member of the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has taught continuing education courses to hundreds of physical therapists and other health care professionals nationwide.
When not treating patients, Dr. Reale enjoys an active life with her husband Andrew, and her daughters, Emma and Mary.

Dr. Sarah Duvall
A wife, mom and adventure sports athlete, Sarah is a women's health and fitness specialist and founder of Core Exercise Solutions, a center for continuing education for professionals and online programs to help women. When she is not hanging off the side of a mountain, Sarah enjoys writing and presenting at CoreExerciseSolutions.com and figuring out how her patients can continue to pursue their dreams and lead a strong, adventurous life.
Dr. Sara Reardon
Sara Reardon PT, DPT, WCS is a doctor of physical therapy and board-certified women's health clinical specialist graduating from Washington University in St Louis Program in Physical Therapy. She is the founder of The Vagina Whisperer, an online resource for pelvic health education and fitness to support, empower and educate women worldwide. She is a New Orleans native and mom to two boys. You can find her on Instagram at @the.vagina.whisperer
Dr. Heather Jeffcoat
Dr. Heather Jeffcoat, DPT is the owner of Fusion Wellness & Femina Physical Therapy, a multi-clinic specialty practice in Los Angeles treating orthopedics, pelvic and sexual health for all. She is President-Elect of the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and on the Board of Directors for the International Pelvic Pain Society. Heather is the author of Sex Without Pain: A Self Treatment Guide to the Sex Life You Deserve.
Dr. Michelle Lyons
Michelle Lyons is a multi-passionate advocate for women's health! With over 25 years experience as a physio, and a toolbox that includes yoga, pilates, mindfulness, nutrition and health coaching. She is a global educator and activist for women's health and enjoys teaching nationally, internationally and online, at classes, conferences or informally over a cup of coffee. She has presented at CSM, ICS, IPPS, the British Pelvic Floor Society, the Pelvic Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapists (UK) and the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Dr. Krystyna Holland
Dr. Krystyna Holland, PT (she/her) is a physical therapist in Denver, Colorado specializing in the provision of trauma informed pelvic floor care to individuals across the gender identity spectrum. In addition to helping folks feel confident in their ability to live without leaking and have pleasurable sex, Krystyna aims to change the fundamental patient provider relationship from one that centers the provider as a problem solver to one that focuses on collaboration between the patient and the provider.
Dr. Juan Martin
Dr. Juan Michelle Martin, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist, birth doula and women’s wellness coach. She is the owner of JMM Health Solutions, a concierge pelvic health practice in the Atlanta Metro area where she brings over 14 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist. She also serves as a doula trainer and mentor and enjoys collaborating with others in the birth space. Dr. Martin has worked with thousands of patients in her career with a focus on providing holistic and comprehensive pelvic health care.
Dr. Amber Brown
Amber Brown is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Registered Yoga Teacher and Birth Doula by day and money mentor by night. In 2018, Dr. Brown founded Root Physical Therapy and Wellness for maternal health support and pelvic health services for everyone with a pelvis. She realized she was able to manage her stress due to her strong financial foundation and wanted the same for others. In 2020 she founded Care 4 You First, LLC, where she combined her knowledge as a certified financial coach and certified health coach to help healthcare workers and her clients live the life they desire without the burnout. She also contributes to the growth of physical therapy students as a guest lecturer and contributing faculty member.
Dr. Holly Tanner
Holly Tanner is a physical therapist, massage practitioner, and owns a clinical practice, Flow Rehab, in Seattle Washington and a consulting practice, Tanner Therapies. She is the Director of Education for the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute for whom she coordinates the development of curricula and the Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification. Holly has instructed in continuing education for more than 20 years and has taught within physical therapy programs at the College of St. Scholastica and the University of Puget Sound. She holds ABPTS board certifications in Orthopedics and in Women’s Health, and is a licensed clinical instructor.
